• Houstonfest is already over for 2010.  We hope to see you again in 2011!  This page will reflect when registration for 2011 is open.

• To register, simply fill out this registration form (Excel spreadsheet):  click on the link, save the spreadsheet to your computer, fill it out, save it again, and then e-mail it as an attachment to info@houstonfest.org.  If you do not have access to a computer on which Excel is installed, let the director know.  Here is a sample form if you have any questions about how to fill out the registration form.

• This new form replaces both the old online registration form and the old "alpha list" that you had to type up on your own.  After you have submitted it, feel free to edit it in any way that makes it more useful for your own purposes.

• The only thing you need to send in by regular mail is your payment check.  It would help if you would enclose a print-out of the first page of the registration form, but there is no need to enclose all the pages.

• Send early-bird fee of $8 per student if your registration form is e-mailed by ?day, January ?, 2011, and your payment is postmarked by January ?, 2011.

• Send regular fee of $10 per student if your registration form is e-mailed by 11:59 p.m. on ?day, January ?, 2011, and your payment is postmarked by January ?, 2011.

• IMPORTANT:  Make your check payable to "Metropolitan Houston AATG."  Use exactly those words!  Please, do NOT make out your check to the director's school or any other payee.  If you do, it will be returned.

• January ? is the absolute deadline to e-mail your registration form and to mail your payment.  There is no "late" registration.

• No registration fees will be refunded for any reason.

• Upon receiving your registration form, the director will make every effort to send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.  If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please contact the director.

• Rationale for new registration format:  Having everyone use an identical spreadsheet format for submitting the student names will allow the director to use the information more efficiently (totaling up participant numbers, making participant lists, etc.).
